Dispatch also provides information for Emergency Management Agencies in regards to weather and other man made or natural disasters.

The Training Department also works with the Missouri Professional Training Partnership to provide low cost training at the local and State level for 9-1-1. We also instruct Courses for the International Academy of Emergency Dispatchers and the American Heart Association.
